Since we defined the paper specification in 2002 and wrote the software to support this format we have not changed the label specification, size and location. You can be confident that if order paper from us it will be exactly the same in the future.|
We have an inhouse Software Development Department that write all of our software and we are always improving our existing software and creating support for additional software packages and websites. All the software to use with our paper is free when you buy the paper.

|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.|
We accept credit card payment.
Regular customers can also choose to pay by cheque or BACS, cheques should be made payable to Mole End Ltd.
|Shipping And Handling Deliveries for orders placed by 1pm are usually dispatched the same day on a next day service, Paper samples are free.|
|Back Orders We have large stocks of all of our paper so you can be sure that when you order the paper it will be despatched the same day (if ordered before 1pm).|
|Tax Charges We charge GST at 10% during the checkout.|
|Credit Card Security Credit card payments are collected using a secure payment collection services.|
|Guarantee We guarantee all of our paper for 12 months from purchase. This includes how the labels peel, stick and are printable. Every box of our paper is traceable from its production to delivery. If you need to contact us about any of your paper please state the batch number and unique box number (which is printed on the side of every box). When you purchase paper from us you are entitled to use the supplied software for 12 months from the purchase date. You are issued with a new license every time you purchase paper from us.|

|Returns Policy If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your paper to us. You must return the paper within 14 days of receiving it and you must pay for the return postage. You should contact us to get an RMA number before returning any items. We would like you to return the boxes in a resalable condition (as delivered). Please can you return the unopened boxes still in their original shrink wrapping without any writing or stickers on. Also please send any boxes back in a waterproof bag (in addition to the shrink wrapping). We can only accept goods with the relevant RMA. If we are happy with the condition of the goods then we will issue a full refund for the price paid minus any outgoing postage charges (if applicable). We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.|
